Stellenbeschreibung Du bist Koordinator*in für die Rückgewinnung von Kund:innen. Du bist für die Kündigungsbearbeitung in Salesforce und weiteren internen Systemen zuständig. Analyse von Produkt-, Kunden-, und Marktdaten und Entwicklungen von Handlungsempfehlungen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben. Du übernimmst das Schnittstellenmanagement und die Kommunikation mit dem Vertrieb und weiteren internen und externen Adressaten. Mit Deinen Ideen unterstützt Du die Weiterentwicklung des Prozesses und der bestehenden Standards. Qualifikationen Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Du bringst (erste) Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst mit. Du besitzt gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bewegst Dich sicher in CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Salesforce. Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kunden/Serviceorientierung und zeichnest Dich zudem durch hohe Kommunikationsstärke aus.
