Your Job:
Provide financial data analysis and proforma of new providers and clinics and creating budget for Methodist Medical Group. Supervise financial Analyst and decision support staff members.
Your Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
CPA Preferred
Interpersonal and analytical skills a must
Requires the ability to work with corporate finance and hospital's financial leadership.
Lawson, Work Day and knowledge of EPIC Systems
Five (5) or more years - Minimum of three (3) years appropriate healthcare experience required; including a demonstration of progressive leadership responsibility
Your Job Responsibilities:
Annually prepare clinic budget, value of price Increase, published and MMG final load for annual budget
Conduct bench mark analysis.
Create and automate proforma template.
Prepare accurate proforma’s based upon industry standards and historical information.
Support Operations in financial analysis projects.
Other duties as assigned.
