Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate and analyze diverse financial results and indicators, such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, return rates, profit plans, operational records, and financial statements.
2. Recommend actionable strategies to enhance financial outcomes.
3. Analyze historical and current operations, trends, costs, estimated and actual revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations to forecast future revenues and expenses.
4. Assist in the preparation of specialized studies, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, regulatory requirements, statistical reports, and business projections.
5. Retrieve and organize data into required reporting formats to facilitate comparison and evaluation.
6. Prepare reports that analyze specific aspects of departmental structures, functions, and operational procedures, and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned, providing informal assistance such as technical guidance and training to colleagues. You may coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit or project.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business-related field from an accredited institution is required. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients. You should be capable of effectively presenting information to supervisors and finance management.

Knowledge of fundamental financial terms, concepts, and accounting principles is required. The ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial data, as well as accurately explain and report activities in both verbal and written formats, is crucial. Intermediate analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), are necessary. A strong work ethic and adaptability are also important.
