As the Senior Manager of IPP&C, you will be instrumental in preparing financial forecasts and utilizing financial modeling to deliver strategic insights to our leadership team. Your recommendations will significantly influence our future direction and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and control for fixed-price and cost-reimbursable development initiatives.
  • Establish the Program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value and project management objectives.
  • Develop a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and corresponding CWBS Dictionary.
  • Analyze complex program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to the Project Leadership Team (PLT).
  • Engage with external clients, including the preparation and review of customer cost and schedule-related documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze contract Estimates at Complete (EACs) and provide comprehensive financial support to assigned program teams.
  • Assist Program Management in evaluating program risks and opportunities.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management practices, including scheduling fundamentals and system tool usage.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively, and possess a solid understanding of company systems and policies.
  • Adapt to unforeseen circumstances, meet critical deadlines with high-quality results, and function as a flexible team member supporting Integrated Strategic Solutions initiatives.
  • Collaborate with PLT to analyze, prepare, and input monthly sales, profit, and milestone billing forecasts, as well as for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP).
  • Conduct variance analysis of monthly sales, costs, profits, and schedule forecasts compared to prior and planned metrics.
  • Provide compliance support for internal and external audits and peer reviews.
  • Lead training, mentoring, and development initiatives for other cost analysts.
  • Perform backup duties for the team and leadership as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • A University Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is necessary due to government contractual requirements.
  • Capability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to large audiences and leadership.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
