This position would be responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, punctual and accurate financial information pertaining to Factory operations.

Essential Functions:
  • - Operating duties
    •Company administrative expense review - 10%
    •Team expense reimbursement review and execution - 10%
    •Service billing and collection tracking and reporting - 10%
    •Month end close GL expense & accrual posting - 10%
    •Onboarding new CBU administration - 4%

    - Reporting & analysis
    •Management of CBU allocation rates - 20%
    •Annual budget preparation and analysis of costs - 15%
    •Management of financial report population - 15%
    •Assist in maintaining Company approval matrix and travel policy - 4%
    •New business profit & loss review scenario - 2%

Basic Requirements:
