Infrastructure IT Analyst II

The Infrastructure Analyst II will provide support in planning, implementing and troubleshooting all integration technologies. The incumbent will have responsibility for developing, testing, implementing and supporting enterprise interfaces and device integration related to Epic, Capsule, Cloverleaf, and other integration solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson .
- Configure, document, test, and implement Epic interfaces, Cloverleaf interfaces, Capsule technology, and other integration solutions.
- Adhere to project timelines and scope according to project plan; ensures completion and high quality deliverables (Business Requirement documents, testing scripts, turnover documentation, and specifications)
- Participates in 24X7 on-call rotation for production issues
- Follows communication process for status reports, change mananagment, and escalation of issues to interface manager
- Have total understanding of Data Center principals & procedures
- Maintain Data Center standards
- Functional knowledge of DCIM software
- Perform rack, stack, cabling and decommissioning of hardware
- Maintain Data Center infrastructure - UPS, PDUs, HVAC, Generators, ect....
EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS :
Undergraduate degree is required.
Cloverleaf training or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION :
Epic Bridges certification preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
- 4+ years of Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf experience using HL7
- Implemented interfaces for at least 2 major hospital Epic go-lives
- Experience with full Interface System Development including interface development, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and support
- Experience with at least 3 different interface types (Lab, Radiology, Cardiology, ADT, Research, Scheduling, Pharmacy, Surescripts, Charges, Vaccinations, Device Integration)
