Qualifications
Experience Requirements:

Applicants must demonstrate their qualifications through detailed descriptions of their relevant experience. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.


General Experience:
Applicants should possess skills in data collection and analysis, interpretation of program materials, and the ability to deliver formal training presentations.

Specialized Experience:

At least one year of experience equivalent to GS-7 level, providing the necessary knowledge and skills for successful performance in this role.


Education:

A master's degree or equivalent graduate education may substitute for specialized experience.

Documentation of educational qualifications is required.
