In broad terms you will be responding to all incoming leads and questions, providing excellent experiences, and creating appointments for guests to experience the OC H-D difference first-hand. Additionally you will be engaging those who have not visited us for a while in an effort to re-establish a relationship. In detail:

  • The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls and online leads, generating appointments, and providing general information for the dealership.
  • Handle all client inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Initiate a firm appointment date and time for the client to visit the Dealership.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from clients and providing general information.
  • Gather and track all client data as directed; accurately enter database(s) and CRM
  • Other duties as assigned.
Customer service and/or sales experience greatly preferred.
Must have a valid M1 license as there will be a role that requires moving motorcycles.
Hourly plus bonus
