Luther Hopkins Honda, the leading Honda dealership in Minnesota, is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our winning team. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Goal-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed

As a Sales Professional, you can maximize your earning potential regardless of your current experience. We have an in-house Training Team dedicated to your immediate and on-going success, including an initial three-week paid training program.
Those with experience in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Present vehicle options based on prospective customer needs and goals.
- Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory.
- Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Maintain on-going relationship with customers regarding vehicle purchase, new products and services, and potential referrals.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends and some holidays)
- Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of urgency
