About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at MultiSource Mfg. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead customer relationships, drive sales growth, and exceed strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Product Qualification: Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure products are qualified on schedule and within specifications, meeting customer expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic account planning process, developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement results-oriented sales and marketing activities.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in industrial sales and marketing, with some experience in precision production machining and engineering.
