We have dramatically grown our work with big brands (Amazon, Fender) and sports brands (LA Galaxy, Washington Commanders). We have a global client base with a growing local roster across B2B and B2C brands across campaign, content, and branding assignments.
As Client Services Manager within our Account Team, you will manage and develop key client relationships and their marketing campaigns. As the internal “hub”, your role is critical in linking our internal teams — Media (Paid & Organic), Creative, Strategy, and Analytics & Reporting — with the client across the life cycle of a campaign, ensuring that Gupta Media provides top-notch, integrated performance marketing services that grow our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day account management of key clients with the successful planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across media, creative, strategy, and reporting.
Write and define project scopes of work, set project timelines, outline creative briefs, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met across the integrated campaign lifecycle.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams across Media (paid and organic), Creative, Strategy, and Analytics & Reporting, translating client needs into tactical solutions, and delivering cohesive and efficient campaign execution.
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives, brand, and marketing strategies to advocate for their needs and opportunities within the agency effectively.
Identify opportunities for expanding business relationships with clients, collaborating with the Account Director to propose new projects and media solutions that align with their growth objectives.
Ensure transparency and ongoing communication throughout the campaign lifecycle to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
5+
years of experience in account or project management within a marketing or advertising agency setting.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative campaign development, and marketing strategy. Experience in paid media planning and buying across digital platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a plus.
Knowledge of digital media creative best practices including experience managing creative campaigns from concept development to execution.
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with a reputation for solving clients’ problems quickly and effectively.
Process driven, highly organized with a strong attention to detail, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks across multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
