Job Summary:

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Services Manager to join our team. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality home care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
  • Grow and manage your caseload while maintaining effective fiscal management
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employees, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with the team
  • Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to licensed field employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior knowledge of/experience with pediatrics and skilled nursing preferred
  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience a plus
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
