POSITION SUMMARY

The Owner Rental Coordinator is responsible for all back of the house owner fulfillment procedures that supports the Owner Rental Manager's relationship with owners. This position is responsible for collecting and preparing all statistical reporting, maintaining relationships with other departments and outside vendors. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The pay range for this role is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Input owner calendars and make owner reservations Distinctive Property Checks - guest and owner arrival and departure Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance vendors, and owners for upkeep and repairs Work closely with Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure condos operate at top performance level Update unit statistics and inventory photos annually Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain updated information on Stratton's website regarding condos in the program Maintain and update unit features in HOST Sending out add / remove notifications Accurately maintain condo reports and records Assist the ORM manager when needed Additional tasks as assigned by ORM manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent

Experience: Previous lodging, resort, or hospitality experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Strong computer literacy Excellent verbal and written communication Strong analytical and organizational skills
