The position is responsible for managing and designing structural systems in many different materials, development of building lateral systems for seismic and wind, design foundation systems (shallow and deep), and shall be familiar with structural analysis software (RISA 3D and RISA Floor would be preferred). Responsibilities & Duties: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing design solutions that exceed their expectations. Perform a variety of tasks including calculations, field observations, report writing and the review and coordination of work. Capable of climbing ladders and performing structural observations from man lifts. Structural systems design, documentation and specification based on sustainable, reliable and cost-effective solutions in compliance with the Local Building Code.
