SUMMARY Shape Technologies Group is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing web and email content within a Content Management System (CMS), implementing digital strategies, and managing digital channels to assist in achieving business objectives. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to optimize multiple business websites and improve overall online experience. This role requires a fast learner with a willingness to take on projects and direction. The Digital Marketing Specialist will understand digital media, CMSs, social platforms, keyword advertising, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create and maintain cohesive, easy-to-navigate experiences. Work in depth with our CMSs, utilize and preserve digital best practices, and assist in managing content projects and updates. Update and publish content within our CMSs. Ensure best practices and brand standards are used across all sites and social media platforms. Review company websites regularly to identify gaps in content that may impact user experience. Contribute to the design, creation, and optimization of campaign landing pages and other public-facing web pages using our content management system. Identify opportunities for workflow improvement with how content is structured and managed throughout the digital experiences. Create email templates and set up campaigns as needed. Update and manage relevant metadata as it relates to page management. Write original copy and edit content for a wide range of marketing materials including infographics, website content, blogs, social media, and other marketing assets. Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that conveys the intended message and motivates the reader to act. Develop and maintain a clear understanding of each brand's tone, style, and voice, and ensure that all copy aligns with the brand's messaging. Participate in project team meetings and meet deadlines as determined by project schedule. Collaborate with graphic design team to create engaging, informative, and high-quality content that supports business strategies. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES : Ability to collaborate and work independently to develop content and concepts. Knowledge of content marketing best practices. Experience with, and an understanding of, content management systems (WordPress, Kentico, Shopify, etc.). Knowledge of CMS workflow practices and SEO standards from a content management standpoint. Knowledge of HTML is strongly recommended. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Strong written, grammatical, and proofreading skills. Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills Knowledge of SEO basics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE : 3+ years of relevant experience in using a CMS (Wordpress, Kentico, Shopify, etc.). 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
