Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive IT support to a private high-net-worth individual, his family, the family office staff, and multiple business executives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting VIP senior executives, managing IT infrastructure, and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. In-depth knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network) is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End IT Support: Provide exceptional support to a private high-net-worth individual, his family, and approximately 20 family office employees. Must know how to quickly troubleshoot a wide variety of issues, including LAN and WAN-related problems.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee all IT infrastructure for the main headquarters and parts of residences including network compliance (secure, real-time dedicated ISP core, secure VPN tunnels, security camera systems, VoIP), ensuring robust LAN and WAN connectivity.
- Cloud Migration and Management: Implement and manage AWS, Azure AD, and other cloud services, migrate on-premises equipment to cloud, and leverage Microsoft 365 solutions for device management. Ensure seamless integration and performance across LAN and WAN.
- Property Technology Integration: Collaborate with property managers to design and engineer tech upgrades for existing properties as well as new builds (e.g., AV and sophisticated whole-home lighting and shade systems).
- Travel Support: Be available to travel with the family as necessary to ensure seamless technology performance during trips, including reliable LAN and WAN access.
- New Business Ventures: Aid and support technology platforms for new business ventures, ensuring optimal network connectivit
