Business Banker

to support our market in Kenosha County, WI. This position supports small to mid-sized businesses with revenues up to $30 million. The Business Banker is responsible

for developing new

business and expands existing relationships for commercial banking customers. This position requires exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships by promoting products and services as appropriate to identify and fulfill customer needs. What You’ll Do Increase the Bank’s profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationships through referral sources and cold calling efforts Maintain and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting client’s business and personal needs Negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell products Maintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loans Maintain comprehensive understanding of current commercial products offered in the market and keep informed of all relevant industry trends and practices Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation Take ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred 3+ years’ commercial underwriting / credit
