The Energy Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, selection, maintenance guidance of ecofriendly infrastructure systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for sustainability, energy conservation, and the ability to drive change within an organization. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure systems within our facilities, including energy-efficient HVAC systems, renewable energy solutions, water conservation measures, and waste management systems. + Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure goals are integrated into the design and construction process. + Conduct assessments and audits of existing facilities to identify opportunities for improving sustainability and reducing environmental impact. + Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. + Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on infrastructure design, operation, and maintenance. + Research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainable technologies, best practices, and industry trends. + Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources as needed. + Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training materials related to initiatives. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
