The Energy Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the development, selection, maintenance guidance of ecofriendly infrastructure systems within our facilities. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement optimized solutions energy efficiency, water usage, waste management, and overall environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for sustainability, energy conservation, and the ability to drive change within an organization. **Responsibilities:** + Lead the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure systems within our facilities, including energy-efficient HVAC systems, renewable energy solutions, water conservation measures, and waste management systems. + Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure goals are integrated into the design and construction process. + Conduct assessments and audits of existing facilities to identify opportunities for improving sustainability and reducing environmental impact. + Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. + Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on infrastructure design, operation, and maintenance. + Research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainable technologies, best practices, and industry trends. + Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources as needed. + Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and training materials related to initiatives. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
