DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.We are looking for a Jr. Social Media Manager to join our fun and growing TV & streaming division. The Jr. Social Media Manager will partner with their team to oversee social accounts and create innovative and engaging social media campaigns for a prominent broadcast TV client. The Jr. Social Media Manager will have experience developing social strategies, building out content calendars, copywriting, and engaging with audiences on social media channels.Your ImpactOversee editorial calendars and content rolloutsPublish content to all social media channelsSocial listening for your assigned titles Produce regular reports on social sentimentFacilitate community management on all social media channelsWrite creative copy and adjust voice/tone from project to projectParticipate in brainstorms for various campaigns across the companyYour ExperienceExperience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environmentExperience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TVAwareness of current social trends and ability to apply to relevant campaign beatsStrong copywriting skills and ability to master in-world voice and tonesExcellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skillsYour AvailabilityM-F; 9-6pm PSTOccasional weekends and holiday support$21.63 - $24.04 an hourThe hourly range for this role is $21.63-$24.04 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
