Client Overview:

Our client, a well-established organization with offices nationally is expanding and hiring for their Princeton, NJ area offices. They are looking for their next Accounting Analyst to join their team

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30 - $35/hr

Position Overview:

The Accounting Analyst will work closely with the Assistant Controller and SVP of Finance to support the department. The Accounting Analyst will assist with direct charge/allocation of expenses to departments.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Analyst:

  • Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process
  • Suppler data clean up assistance
  • Tax related activities (1099, B notices, etc.) research
Qualifications for the Accounting Analyst:
  • 1 to 3 years of hands on accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel - pivot tables & macros
  • Prior exposure to NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or a larger ERP system
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team setting
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required
