The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospitality company in Houston, Texas and we are currently seeking a Brand Analyst in the Business Operation Department to be a part of this thriving company. Our client has been in business for over 45 years and continues to deliver technology and services to guest-centric properties nationwide. The Brand Analyst is a key team member within the Brand Operations team. Their business utilizes data and metrics, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the information shared both internally and externally is accurate. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of sales reports which requires the ability to navigate multiple databases and systems. Over time, you will be expected to provide recommendations and solve problems within the Sales Operations business unit – assessing how our organization is performing and helping improve the processes and systems. Basic Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of analyst experience, required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills are required. Adept at mining databases and enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365 for Sales or other CRM software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and facilitate improvements to processes and systems. Ability to quickly learn new software and use knowledge to improve business processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM tools Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming quote requests to ensure prompt responses – engaging with property owners and key decision-makers directly. Manage multiple sales reports outlining week-over-week sales results and cross-referencing those reports against our CRM and the major brand’s CRM. Effectively communicate results to both internal and external stakeholders Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes. Understand the sales process and how it integrates with other business functions. Manage the CRM system; develop dashboards and reports. Monitor and maintain reports and records so our data is compliant with brand-mandated updated. This will include accessing CRM tools and tracking databases. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships. Develop hypotheses to explain observations and recommend solutions. Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Must communicate quickly and effectively, managing the process from initial request to sales leader delivering quotes. Generate reports and presentations to share findings with internal and external audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Monitor results of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Monitor competitive actions, strategies, etc. Maintain knowledge of company products and services Why Were a Better Place to Work:
