About the Associate Credit Analyst Role

The Associate Credit Analyst position is part of a comprehensive training program aimed at equipping individuals with essential banking skills. This program is designed to cultivate well-rounded banking professionals with strong analytical and relationship management skills. It includes structured training sessions followed by rotations across various lending departments.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Completion of at least 6 credit hours in accounting courses (9 hours preferred, including Intermediate Accounting I)

Program Structure

The training program consists of three distinct phases:

Phase 1: Initial Training

This phase includes extensive classroom training, covering fundamental banking concepts and analytical techniques essential for sound credit decision-making.

Phase 2: Rotational Experience

Participants will gain hands-on experience through assignments in various lending groups, enhancing their analytical skills and understanding of business development.

Phase 3: Career Placement

Following the completion of the program, successful analysts will be placed in roles that align with their skills and organizational needs, paving the way for career advancement.

Career Advancement Opportunities

As analysts progress, they can expect to manage their own portfolios and work closely with senior executives, contributing to the success of medium to large enterprises.
