Summary:

This position will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources for the purpose of developing solutions related to company operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop reporting and analyze data to help direct oil sale and logistic efforts. Execute and facilitate responses for data requests from multiple Energy Transfer departments including contracts, accounting and other groups as needed. Request, gather and analyze bid information from numerous counter parties for the sale of oil and other hydrocarbon products. Work with manager on projects related to business process improvements. Gather information and prepare economic evaluations for capital projects. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or a related field.Oil and gas experience is preferred but not required. Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze and report data. Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Must be organized and able to work effectively as a team member.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

The Associate Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant job related experienceThe Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experienceThe Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Usually, normal office working conditions.Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.Occasional overnight travel may be required.Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
