A growing international company in the semiconductor industry is seeking a Field Service Support Coordinator in Hillsboro.
$ 60K ~ $70K per year (DOE)
Medical/Dental/Vision/Life

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (35 hours per week) + OT
Requirements of the Field Service
Support Coordinator
:
Degree in accounting or related is desired
Experience in inventory management
Experience in logistics, import/export,
shipping/receiving,
shipment tracking, and/or vendor communications is desired
Experience in supplier relations, creating quotations and purchase orders
Bilingual in Japanese is a big plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizing, follow-up and follow-through skills
Proficient in MS Office and/or QuickBooks is desired
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (infrequent)
Handle 100+ lbs. shipment with use of hand tools, such as dolly (infrequent)
Responsibilities of the
Field Service Support Coordinator
:
Support engineering department with field service coordination.
Ensure ordered parts are on time, at negotiated price, and meets quality standards
Prepare requisitions and purchase orders
Confirm items, prices, and freight costs to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records
Communicate with suppliers to retrieve RFQs, negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
Maintain and update inventory records to ensure sufficient inventory levels
Prepare and collect logistics documentation
Communicate with 3PLs to manage shipment schedules
Daily tracking on all shipments
Ensure import and export regulations and compliance are observed
Prepare products for shipment
Support field service engineers with booking domestic or international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, meeting minutes, and reporting
Driving between office/warehouse and client sites as necessary
General office support including mail distribution, answering telephones, filing, catering, ordering supplies, etc.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment
Manage and renew contracts with corporate service agencies
Other related duties as assigned
