Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Customer Support – North America

Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary:

This position is accountable for providing expert direction, support and supervision to the Warehouse team. The Warehouse Coordinator acts as the key liaison between management, customers and HQ. This is a non-exempt position with high accountability for corporate image, integrity and results, which at times may mean extraordinary effort and working timeframes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each of the primary duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  1. Proactively manages domestic EVG inventory, procedures and processes.
  2. Assists in developing domestic spare parts strategy to increase departmental revenue.
  3. Analyzes spare parts turnover and works with HQ to adjust stock levels accordingly.
  4. Manages customer consignment inventory.
  5. Fully responsible for accuracy of domestic EVG inventory utilizing SAP; including coordinating the physical inventory counts at all EVG-NA locations.
  6. Close communication with HQ to stay aligned on all spares and inventory related topics.
  7. Supervises, coordinates, trains, motivates and reviews the Warehouse team.
  8. Responsible for all tool, chemical, spare parts and upgrade shipments (domestically & internationally), in close coordination with HQ and third party shipping vendors.
  9. Works closely with shipping and freight forwarder companies and ensure EVG receives the best possible shipping rates while maintaining excellent customer service.
  10. Provides guidance on environmental and safety regulations and acts in compliance with US laws for chemical shipments. Manages UPS, FedEx and customs clearing vendors.
  11. Attends customer support resource, operation and project meetings.
  12. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally overnight, as needed, up to 30% of the time. Must possess a valid passport.
  13. This position requires the use of EVG hired vehicles on EVG business. Individuals must be physically capable of operating the vehicles safely, possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving privileges.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provides back-up support for Customer Support Administration team regarding spares and service quoting as well as processing orders and invoicing.
  2. Participates in functional working teams with colleagues in AZ and HQ developing and implementing Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for the Global Customer Service organization.

Qualifications / Education / Skills and Experience:

  1. This position requires an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a business field or a minimum of four (4) years inventory management experience.
  2. Must be certified to ship chemicals.
  3. Must be computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and SAP software.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  5. Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  6. Experienced in using UPS and FedEx online shipping software.

Physical Demands:

  1. While performing duties of this job, individual is regularly required to stand, sit, reach with hand and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity required. Individual is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls frequently and be able to reach with hand and arms above shoulder level occasionally.
