Job Description Undertake water injection/storage system surveys – problem diagnoses i.e. SWD, reclamation, water storage facilities. Customer/Site visits to support sales force and enhance presence within existing accounts and to capture new customers to increase sales. Chemical selection and application, preparation, and presentation of technical recommendations to customers, and chemical selection. Be conversant about water handling system practices. Assist in regional business development and maintenance of existing accounts. Network with Technical Representatives within the Company and other areas for best practice skills and product knowledge sharing. Maintain clear communication with Client Managers, client, and other business units for new product development opportunities. Ability to effectively communicate company products to operations groups as well as potential and existing customers. Work with product managers and technical staff for product line maintenance and development. Maintain business relationships for future services. Coordinate with the appropriate department head and utilize the internal network for the preparation of technical proposals. Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental protection.

Expected Skills to Develop Develop and lead programs as directed by technical management to address industry, customer, and sales / business initiatives. Knowledge for screening all Innospec water treatment product lines for the purpose of selecting appropriate application. Improving and understanding product formulation/troubleshooting. Previous product formulation background preferred but not required.

Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred. 6-11 years of Technical Services experience Oilfield industry experience a plus Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency in computer skills,

including extensive Excel , Word, PowerPoint.
