Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Process Engineer, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and their technical specifications.
  • Assess customer requirements to devise the most efficient and cost-effective process designs.
  • Collaborate with sales and tendering teams to formulate winning proposals.
  • Oversee the engineering aspects of medium to large-scale tenders, ensuring timely completion.
  • Lead process engineering activities throughout project execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide technical support during commissioning and operational phases.
  • Engage in early-stage process engineering to support sales initiatives, including presentations at industry conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in industrial water treatment.
  • Expertise in treating Sea Water, focusing on biofoulants and dissolved solids reduction.
  • Knowledge of water treatment chemical systems and corrosion control.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
