Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the CMS Commercial and Technical teams, ensuring optimal product selection and application for our clients.
- Conduct site evaluations and customer interactions as required.
- Create technical documentation, best practices, and case studies for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams to facilitate new product launches and assist in customer product optimization through field trials.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Veolia WTS by participating in industry conferences, contributing to committees, and publishing relevant articles.
- Enhance internal technical knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and the development of internal resources.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial or technical capacity, preferably with 10 years or more.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial water and wastewater systems, particularly in hydrocarbon processing, refining, or petrochemical sectors.
- Proficient in data analysis using spreadsheets, along with strong written and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Desirable Skills:
- Willingness to travel across North America to support business initiatives, including conferences and customer engagements.
- Familiarity with Veolia WTS products and services in the water and wastewater sector or equivalent competitive offerings.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
- Ability to navigate a complex organizational structure, coordinating with various functions to address challenging water treatment issues.
- Experience in product ideation and introduction tailored to specific market needs, including technical validation and marketing strategies.
