Analyse technical specifications / drawings / plans to advise product selection and relevant standards. Record technical enquiries and responses on an in-house CRM system. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations and integrate this into day-to-day responsibilities. The Person: Experience with similar technical role (passive fire protection). Technical Report writing / document writing experience. Construction background. Strong communication ability. Excellent analytical ability. Excellent problem-solving ability. Strong I.T ability (Excel, Office etc).
