Requires an approach based on excellent relationship management and collaborative skills and a strong commitment to driving exceptional standards of business processes and controls. At least 2 years of experience or an advanced degree in Finance or Data Analytics. Experience working in an FP&A environment is a plus. Knowledge of accounting principles. Good interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with various levels of management. Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management. Microsoft Excel, Office, Smartsheet, Power BI, Financial Modeling, and SQL skills are required. The proficient use of Tableau is a plus. Responsibilities

Support the financial management of capital expenditure projects across the business unit. Develop and maintain CapEx Financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Coordinate and support operational and capital business, financial planning requirements, and other capex initiatives. Collaborate with procurement, operations, and accounting teams to ensure accurate and efficient CapEx reporting. Partner with operations teams to review monthly results, develop forecasts, and conduct variance analysis. Support ongoing operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives. Hold regular training sessions and office hours for business partners. Lead 1-year and 5-year investment planning exercises, conduct workshops, consolidate strategic initiatives, financial analysis, and present findings to senior leadership. Additional Requirements Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen. Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
