Key Responsibilities Provide strategic HR coaching support to assigned business functions Create and/or drive the talent strategy for the assigned business functions in partnership with respective COE teams Support all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client groups. Bachelor degree required. Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field preferred.Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of HR experience as HR Business Partner is required; Experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech industry is required Demonstrated HR functional competence in one or more HR disciplines Demonstrated experience in organization development such organization design, change management,, workforce planning Knowledge of employment legal practices and policies Demonstrated ability to effectively influence, consult with and coach business leaders and managers Demonstrated capability leveraging data analytics and HR system to provide relevant insights and consultation to the business leadership team Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organization Change Management experience #LI-Hybrid
