Job Details

We are in search of a Consulting Engineering Lead with a focus on Generative AI in a B2C environment to join our dynamic team. As a leader in our technology department, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our AI-driven product offerings. This role is a perfect fit for those who are passionate about leveraging their deep understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics to design and implement innovative solutions for our B2C customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical consulting team in designing and implementing generative AI models that will drive our B2C product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models, including training, testing, and optimizing, to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights from large datasets, and use these insights to improve model performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.
  • Ensure that all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in AI usage.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, with a focus on machine learning and generative AI.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning models, with a focus on generative AI models.
  • Extensive experience in a B2C environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • Strong skills in data analytics, with a proven ability to derive insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a proven ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
  • Experience with ethical guidelines and best practices in AI usage is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
