Your role is all about making connections, solving problems, and ensuring every customer walks away with a smile. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Customer Interaction : Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat about our services. Service Scheduling : Arranging service calls, maintenance visits, and installations. Billing Processing : Handling billing inquiries and payments, and setting up payment plans. Record Management : Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and service histories. Outbound Calls : Turning outbound calls into booked service/maintenance appointments. Safety and Compliance : Advising customers on electrical safety practices. Feedback Collection : Gathering customer feedback to help us improve. Sales and Promotion : Recommending additional services and promotions. Emergency Response : Coordinating immediate assistance for urgent electrical issues.
