Overview
  • Supports the development, implementation and sustainment of evidence-based practice standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develops and manages hospital-wide Regulatory Compliance Program, including providing coaching to staff throughout the process.
  • Develops and implements strategies that ensure the organization maintains a state of perpetual readiness for any and all reviews by regulatory agencies and to achieve a level of quality and services that exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Provides education, coaching and assistance to project leaders through the regulatory and accreditation processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Provides hospital and medical staff with current information regarding regulatory standards and survey processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Experience: 0-5 Years
  • Supervisor Experience: None
  • Licenses & Certifications: None Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree: Master's Degree in related field
  • Experience: 5 Years
  • Supervisor Experience: 2-5 Years
  • Licenses & Certifications: CPHQ, CSHA, Healthcare Accreditation, RN, or related
