We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner with expertise in the Utilities industry to join our team. As a client Partner, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering strategic IT solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
•P&L ownership: To have end-to-end ownership of the P&L, with focused drive for revenue growth.
•Bringing capabilities to customer: Bringing TCSs IT, engineering, and other services to major Utility industry customers including Electric and Gas Transmission & Distribution, Energy Storage, Power Generation and Renewable Energy clients in North America.
•Building customer relationship: Listening to customers and working jointly to identify the clients biggest challenges, preferences and purchasing triggers.
•Develop strategic plans: Create plans that align with client priorities and help improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits.
•Build business case: Developing Business Case and ROI; Providing strategic inputs to shape the client value proposition and creating winning pitches.
•Drive sales: Structuring and shaping deals for Value, leveraging and providing input on offerings, services, capabilities.
•Manage expectations: Understand clients' needs and expectations, and manage their expectations to keep them happy and engaged
•Team player: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to proactively shape proposals based on perceived customer requirements.
•Provide ongoing support: Closely monitoring client engagement levels, supporting periodic business reviews and undertaking measures to gain traction with the client.
•Identify & mitigate risks: Proactively identify customer risks at every stage and work with the leadership team to execute a risk-management plan.
•Ensure contract compliance: Make sure the business and the clients follow the conditions of the contract.
•Travel: Must be willing to travel to office and client site 3-5 days a week.

Required Skills
•Required 20+ years working experience with Utility customers for IT and engineering services.
•Bachelors degree in engineering.
•Ability to write specifications based on customer requirements.
•Experience working with Electric & Gas Utility customers.
•Track record of deep, consultative, trust-based relationships and strong knowledge, understanding of clients business with strong client references of 10+ years.
•Proven ability to build senior-level client relationships and strong client network in the Utility domain.
•Support developing sales plans for the assigned customer portfolio and individual Account Plans.
•Identification, and management of internal and external stakeholders for achieving revenues.
•Understands and executes company strategy (financials, offerings, and target accounts).
•Ability to manage one large or multiple small programs.
•Strong understanding of financials, profitability, and cash flow focused on value selling.
•Intermediate experience utilizing CRM software.
