You Will...
  • Lead and strategically manage a portfolio of key large customer accounts, taking ownership of quarterly and annual revenue targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and developing performance metrics for continuous growth. Additionally, define category approaches, create account plans, and leverage internal and external data to craft compelling sales propositions.
  • Utilize diverse data sources to shape client strategies and proposals, tracking, analyzing, and sharing key metrics and trends with internal and external partners. Craft compelling sales presentations with market trends and case studies and deliver strategic insights, performance reporting, and opportunity highlights to clients through regular business reviews and joint business plans.
  • Deliver strategic and consultative guidance to clients, enhancing and nurturing the relationship. Acquire an in-depth understanding of partners' business objectives, translating data into compelling narratives, actionable insights for their success, and compelling solutions while also taking charge of educating clients and agencies on industry best practices.
  • Drive business expansion by mapping client organizations, uncovering client objectives, forging new relationships, and educating marketers about Fandom. Additionally, identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Take charge of orchestrating and facilitating client meetings, guiding the process from agenda development to final presentation. Assign roles to meet participants as required, establish clear meeting objectives, and proactively communicate expectations to clients in advance.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for effective communication on platform updates, releases, changes, and opportunities to strengthen and expand relationships and keep clients informed about Fandom's products and developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost revenue from new and existing retail clients and leading advertising agencies while partnering in structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives for sustained growth and organizational efficiency.
  • Influence product development by shaping early-stage product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders. Advocate internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes for these advertisers, collaborating with internal teams.
You Have...
  • 8+ years of total experience in sales within online media sales, expertise in search, data, and measurement with a strong track record in growing key accounts and winning new business
  • Consistently surpassing sales targets and revenue goals, with a demonstrated track record of high performance in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client and agency relationships at the C-level, with established industry connections and the ability to engage and collaborate with executive-level business and marketing leaders.
  • Capable of effectively conveying partner value to diverse audiences, from executives to operational, creative, media, and analytics teams, while adept at engaging with a wide range of businesses through compelling presentations, both in-person and over the phone, to secure the support of key stakeholders.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the eCommerce industry, digital media ad sales, measurement solutions, and knowledge about the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid ability to follow through, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
