During the interview process, our Talent Acquisition Team will share additional details with you.Responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis of financial information to assess the risk of offering credit to businesses and individuals. Responsibilities

Prepare written credit-approval packages for approval presentation for CRE, C&I, SBA and other specialty lending request requests. Prepare financial spreads to analyze financial data such as income growth and quality of management while simultaneously generating financial ratios to evaluate a customer’s financial capacity Aid in the training and ongoing education of junior credit analysts. Prepare various monthly reports for presentation to senior management Assist with the monitoring of loan performance in the Bank’s portfolio Qualifications Education and Minimum Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business related major with at least two accounting courses or relevant experience 3+ year banking credit analyst experience a plus Commercial real estate cash flow analysis experience, preferred Completion of a formalized Credit Training Program a plus Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

Strong analytical ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required Possesses the ability to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing Motivated self-starter and an active learner Careful attention to detail and time management skills are essential Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
