  • Provisioning new users, providing system training and customization.
  • Working with management to ensure key functionalities are understood.
  • Providing support for all system users. Escalating to senior IT staff if needed.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions.
  • Maintaining control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges.
  • Generating detailed process maps for sales, marketing, and business workflows.
  • Working with senior IT staff to manage project implementation and back-end integrations.
  • Serves as communications liaison within IT and between IT and the business for releases, outages, and critical business-impacting situations ensuring that communications are timely, accurate, and relevant.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:


  • University degree or college diploma in information technology.
  • 3–8 years experience in the automotive, power sports, or consumer electronics industry as an application analyst.
  • Preferred to have implemented at least one full-cycle DMS (Dealer Management System) in automotive, power sports, or a motorcycle company.
  • Must have a strong understanding of sales, logistics, accounting, service business knowledge, and solution design experience.
  • Must be solutions-oriented and have exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new applications and software systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, priority-shifting environment.
