Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive credit-approval documentation for presentation related to Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Small Business Administration (SBA), and other specialized lending requests.
- Conduct financial analysis by preparing financial spreads to assess data such as revenue growth and management quality, while also generating financial ratios to evaluate a client's financial capability.
- Support the training and continuous development of junior credit analysts.
- Generate various monthly reports for review by senior management.
- Assist in monitoring the performance of loans within the Bank's portfolio.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with a minimum of two accounting courses or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a banking credit analyst is advantageous.
- Experience in analyzing cash flow for commercial real estate is preferred.
- Completion of a structured Credit Training Program is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- A self-motivated individual with a commitment to learning.
- Attention to detail and effective time management skills are crucial.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC responsibilities is necessary to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the banking sector is expected.
