The Account Manager for Entertainment is responsible for creating and delivering marketing strategies to increase awareness, drive business volume and deliver an outstanding entertainment experience to residents of The Villages, their families as well as friends. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for The Villages Entertainment and other assigned accounts/projects as necessary Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Coordinate with marketing team to communicate client goals and needs Work with project coordinators and creative designers to develop advertising layouts that accurately reflect the brand and the organization and to ensure creative work is in alignment with business partners' needs Coordinate with Event Planner for grand openings and other events which support the marketing plan Work with business partner and digital team to develop, implement, and maintain a digital strategy based on brand, voice, services, and products Analyze and track Marketing Plan to make sure goals were achieved and adjust accordingly Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions accordingly to customer needs and objectives Partners with The Villages Entertainment division to strategize and implement ideas in all aspects of advertising and media, sponsorships, partnerships & promotions Partners with The Villages Entertainment in support of new event ideas and product development Ability to operate at a 30,000-ft strategic level while at the same time diving into the grittiest of details Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four (4)-year College or technical school along with eight (8) or more years related project management experience Degree in the field of marketing, real estate, business, project management and/or related field preferred Proven experience in Entertainment/Special Event Marketing Demonstrated experience with advertising, media, promotions, Sponsorships and partnerships, project management, and digital in Entertainment Industry This position requires a strong drive to deliver the ultimate customer marketing experience, enthusiasm for The Villages and all it has to offer, and the ability to problem solve in order to handle a vareity of variables. Must exhibit well-developed interpersonal, communication and servant leadership skills Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate orally, in writing, and electronically Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software knowledge is a plus
