Responsibilities of Remote Call Center Representative Communicate with donors and prospective donors in a positive, engaging and enthusiastic manner that strengthens the connection between non-profit and donor. Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of our clients. Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics. Requirements of the Fundraising Agent. 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing - preference given to telephone fundraising experience. Dedicated wired internet connection A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions Basic computer skills and familiarity A commitment and enthusiasm to the charitable and non-profit causes we represent is a huge advantage.
