ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate and support Customer Engagement Representatives in enhancing service levels, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty, and addressing a wide range of business issues. Champion escalated customer inquiries and follow through to ensure issues are addressed thoughtfully, effectively, and timely. Influence opportunities to increase quality, productivity, and control related to the service delivery model. Foster a positive employee culture by adequately training, guiding, and motivating Customer Engagement Representatives. Advocate for professional development and growth opportunities for the team. Input sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently into Company systems. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and order information. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to develop strategies for exceeding customer expectations. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies that align with the Company's mission and values. Analyze customer metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
