Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  • Provide Sales Coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Lead the onboarding process for new team members
  • Create and distribute weekly scorecards to track progress
  • Promote and enforce our company's Core Values
  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA) your team, including conducting 1:1s and team meetings
  • Actively participate in company-sponsored events and team-building activities
  • Be available "24/7" to provide coaching and answers to team questions
  • Meet weekly with the Director of Sales to strategize, review schedules, and evaluate performance
  • Support Consultants through ride-alongs, site visits, and coaching calls
  • Uphold and teach our Core Values and Vision
  • Maintain a strong winning mindset and instill it within your team

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record In-Home Sales Management; with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Familiarity with Residential HVAC is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, particularly Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Service Titan experience is a plus.
  • Disposition: Demonstrated capability to inspire and foster both personal and professional growth within your team. Exceptional attention to detail and adept at multitasking. Strong presentation skills and ease in addressing relatively large audiences. Dedication to delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license, clear driving and background records insurable by our company's carriers. Bachelors degree is highly regarded.
