The team

The Ecosystem Programs team, under Partner Acceleration & Programs, exists to advance the following ecosystem objectives: Drive new customer lands, value realization, and expansion through our partners' relationships and influence to generate customer ACV through programs that scale across partner types and regions Help partners realize the full value of their partnerships, creating a virtuous cycle where they continue to focus on bringing Celonis into more of their client engagements, to drive pervasiveness Support Ecosystem operational excellence in service of both the partner experience and internal Celonaut experience to improve the experience of doing business with us

The role

In this dynamic role you will own 1 or more Ecosystem programs as your primary focus. Programs tend to be global, complex, strategic, and cross-functional in nature and are critical to driving the non-linear growth potential of the Ecosystem and Celonis more generally. Some programs are ongoing / indefinite and others are time-bound.

Success in this role requires mastery of both the strategic and operational aspects that must be brought together to achieve impact at scale. This will include setting a strategy, defining a plan for how to achieve it, engaging appropriate stakeholders and SMEs, setting metrics for success, and developing the reporting / analytics / operations to support it and understand its success. Readouts to leadership, internal and external communications / enablement, and continued refinement of programs on an ongoing basis are also in scope.

The exact programs you are working on will likely change over time to reflect business demand and priorities. There is significant potential for learning and growth on this team as you will have highly visible impact and cross-functional and executive exposure.

This team will also provide strategic, operational, and analytical support to the Ecosystem business as a whole to allow the business to continue to scale, which will be a shared responsibility as a component of each of the roles, in addition to the core program focus. This may include reporting, analysis, forecasting, etc.

This role will include significant executive exposure internally and the opportunity to represent Celonis externally in our events and with our partners in their major events and relevant forums.

Some of the programs in scope for this team as of the time of writing include (subject to change): Partner Delivery Excellence Celonis For Consulting (C4C) Partner Program & Partner Insights Partner Revenue Partner Value Realization & Expansions Programs Ecosystem M&A Strategy (e.g., Due Diligence or Post Merger Integration Ecosystem perspectives) Global Partner Advisory Council (GPAC) Product Launch Management GTM / Pricing Initiative Management with Ecosystem Celostone Operationalization / Program

Skills and Capabilities required 4 years of work experience Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Sales, Services, Value Engineering, PnE, Pricing, CRM, Analytics, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to achieve aligned business goals. Excellent executive communication, presentation, leadership, management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated progressive experience with program management operations or related experience with a technical SaaS or subscription software service. Experience with knowledge management, program management, tools, enablement practices, and methodologies. Analytical ability; ability to develop conclusions by analyzing and distilling data across a variety of sources (Salesforce, Celocore, etc.) Understanding of Celonis products and platform. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in mid-sized or large organizations Ability to disseminate team goals, objectives, and metrics to higher level OKRs/ V2MOM and track the outcome Experience in proving value that has been brought to the organization Involved in an organization during a period of growth and transformation. Passion for using operational metrics and process improvement to support key decisions and drive organizational impact. Keen ability to prioritize, distill signal from noise, and adapt within a rapidly changing, fast-paced, results-oriented environment
