Job Description

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations.
  • Develop new customers and new models.
  • Perform customer follow-ups.
  • Visit customer sites to resolve problems or concerns.
  • Facilitate projects and orders with the team.
  • Prepare quality and production documents for new parts.
  • Participate in the quality committee.
  • Adhere to quality and environmental procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Systems policies and procedures.
  • Develop and prepare samples.
  • Establish activity plans for both existing and new customers to manage sales activities effectively.
  • Monitor individual KPIs and create plans to achieve targets.
Training/Safety:
  • Understand the company's quality and environmental policy.
  • Follow 5S, SDS, safety rules, and Fire/Tornado drill procedures.
  • Have knowledge of sales/material items.
  • Understand manufacturing processes.
Competencies/Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD 2D, and Illustrator.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to travel (fly and drive) and work on weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ready to contribute immediately.
