This does need to have a first day or two in Bradenton for onboarding and then is hybrid / remote after proven performance/skillset.

Role: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Bradenton, FL

Start Date: This Week

Must previously have worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk or handled the AP function in a previous position

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Process invoices & expense reports for payment
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Process & review purchase orders and verify accuracy
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
  • Maintain vendor files & file processed invoices
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with month end closing & support external audit
  • Provide certain supporting documentation for audits
