Job Summary : Please Note:This is an in-office role, based out of our Omaha, NE headquarters.Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to finalizing offers. Hire top candidates for internal sales, operations and IT positions. Ensure smooth operation of the onboarding and new hire processes. Track metrics and develop systems to improve. #osmcareers Responsibilities : · Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs· Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs · Recruit for sales, administrative, IT and other office positions qualifying a steady flow of candidates· Identify and recruit A+ candidates· Proactively source active and passive candidates· Post and manage all job postings· Provide steady flow of top candidates· Oversee onboarding process and communicate updates· Maintain employee information in HRIS system and related systems· Maintain employee files· Develop process to track recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost per hire)· Develop and maintain healthy internal and external relationships· Attend networking events and career fairs to build brand awareness.· Assist in administration of human resources related functions· Present OSM and the position in a positive, professional light· Maintain confidentiality· Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements : College degree preferred with Minimum 2 years relevant experience in office recruiting. Proven know how in sourcing active and passive candidates.
