Senior Business Process Engineer Specialist

CSEngineering is hiring a Senior Business Process Engineer Specialist to join our growing team. The Senior Business Process Engineer Specialist's Key Role is to lead, develop, and support FLETC's training office's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations.
- Facilitate discussions with Leadership and law enforcement stakeholders to help refine the client's definition of success and identify current frustrations.
- Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and develop research posting models to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in business process re-engineering.
- 3+ years' experience developing flow charts/process flow charts or data flow diagrams/business process modeling.
- 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs.
- 2+ years of experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Maintains a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- Must be a United States Citizen.
