Role of the Senior Business Analyst: The Senior Business Analyst is pivotal to the successful delivery of the EITS initiative. This role entails collaborating with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements, ensuring that IT solutions are in alignment with organizational objectives. Acting as a bridge between the technical team and business units, the Senior Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical specifications while facilitating clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure IT solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Document processes and support the development of project plans.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an IT context.
  • Strong grasp of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience with process improvement and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and business analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and federal IT regulations is advantageous.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or similar are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: BCT Partners offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting annual salary range of $110,000 - $115,000 based on qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage, a fully vested 401k plan with company match, and paid life and disability insurance plans.
