Business Process Engineer Specialist

CSEngineering is hiring a Business Process Engineer Specialist to join our growing team. The Mid-level Business Process Engineering Specialist supports FLETC's training office's current operating environment and identifies areas for improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, methods, and tools, and present findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions with Leadership and law enforcement stakeholders to help refine the client's definition of success and identify current frustrations.
  • Design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using root cause analysis and developed research posting models to communicate discrepancies across divisional departments to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in business process re-engineering
  • 2+ years' experience developing flow charts/process flow charts or data flow diagrams/business process modeling.
  • 2+ years of experience with using process improvement methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience in writing content for plans, reports, regulations, and SOPs
  • 2+ years of experience with MS Power Apps and MS Power BI
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Has an MS Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
  • Maintains a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
  • Must be a United States Citizen.
